Try painting abstract patterns with watercolours. It's super fun and practically addictive! Paint on wet or dry paper and see how the paint reacts. Spatter or spray lightly with water to produce striking patterns. Letting the paint drip over the surface is another way to make cool patterns. Tip! Tape the paper to a masonite board or something similar to prevent it from becoming uneven due to moisture. You can also iron the back of the paper with an iron set to medium to smooth it out even more. IN THE PICTURE: We cut painted sheets to the appropriate size, taped them to string and attached them to a poster hanger.
