Why not serve up a delicious Halloween cake? METHOD: Bake the cake bases with Panduro's cupcake mix in a springform pan. Fill the layers with super tasty mousse. Then spread a thin layer of buttercream over the cake before covering it with rolled sugarpaste. The buttercream will prevent the sugarpaste from absorbing moisture from the cake bases. Cut out a bat from rolled out black sugarpaste. Use edible glue to stick on sprinkles as eyes. Attach the bat to the cake with the same glue. TIP! We punched out the moon with a cookie cutter.
