Cookie for your Valentine

Why not make someone happy with a little love cookie? Roll out shortbread dough (or something similar) and punch out a heart (we chose the biggest heart from the set below), bake and let cool. Roll out sugarpaste and punch out an equal-sized heart (but with wavy edges). Then punch out a heart in the middle with the smallest punch + an equally small heart in another colour with which to fill the hole. Use the letter press to stick the letters to the cookie. I love U
