Easter is a wonderful time: spring is here, and we're revelling in all the colours! Lay the table for Easter's most cheerful party with edible decor in the Easter bouquet. Bake in the "Easter" silicone mould; use a cupcake mix and decorate with Royal Icing and sugar sprinkles. Feathers and paper decorations called Honeycombs are also hanging in the Easter bouquet. Our table has cute little honeycomb chickens, a sheet of apple green fibre weave, a sprinkling of sequins, and matching serviettes. We casted the yellow candles in an egg mould (blend white and yellow pigment for a pretty shade). Learn how to cast candles in the "Make Candles" inspiration leaflet. The star of the party is usually dessert, which is even true here (we planned to present another dessert in addition to the decor in the Easter bouquet). Bake delicious cupcakes and top them with lemon mousse and little punched out sugarpaste Easter designs. Serve them in green tulip cases, which match the table setting perfectly.
