Melt the soap base according to the instructions on the package.
To make different colours, distribute the soap base into different bowls.
Start by adding one or two drops of soap dye and stir to combine. Add more soap dye gradually for a brighter colour, and optional fragrance.
If you like, place a soap stamp in the base of the soap mould; see the instructions below.
To make multi-coloured soaps: Start by adding dye to the soap moulds you may only need a few drops. Then add the next colour and stir to swirl a pattern into your soap. To make soap that is half one colour and half another, instead, let the first colour set before adding the second.
Once the soap has set, press it out of the mould.
Present your own beautiful soaps in muted colours as gifts for Christmas or other occasions! To add a stamp to the solid soap, place the soap stamp with the motif facing up inside the soap mould. Spread some of the soap base along the bottom of the stamp to secure it firmly inside the mould. Once the soap base has set, carefully remove the stamp from the soap.
