Carve the pumpkin and cut out holes for windows and a door
Reattach the door with a hinge made of steel wire
Cut pieces of elephant wire and poke them in to make window bars
Break lolly sticks into pieces and glue them in pairs with cross bars

No Halloween amusement park is complete without a carousel and a hotel. Here, we have made a pumpkin hotel and behind it, the roller coaster rushes by. At Hotel Ghost, all the monstrous little beings can move in and celebrate Halloween. Are you keen to make a miniature landscape, too? TO MAKE THE PUMPKIN: Carve the pumpkin and cut out holes for the door and windows. DOOR: Reattach the door with a hinge made of steel wire. WINDOW: Cut pieces of elephant wire and poke them into the holes as window bars. SHUTTERS: Break or cut lolly sticks to the proper length. Glue them in pairs with cross bars made of small pieces of wood. Paint them with brown Hobbylack. Let the paint dry and then paint the shadow effects in black. To attach them to the pumpkin, bend a piece of steel wire into a U. Glue the U to the back of the shutter with a small piece of felt over the bend, then poke the ends into the pumpkin, with the shutter in place to the side of the window. The rest is up to your imagination.
