As you wrap your gifts, save all the little scraps of wrapping paper.
Place a toilet paper roll on the paper, farthest out at one edge. Draw a line at the other end so that you know how wide your paper needs to be. Cut a piece of paper based on the mark.
Roll the toilet paper roll up in the paper and stick with tape.
Place a few homemade caramels or other little surprises inside the roll.
Roll up the roll in a layer of cellophane and tie sweet little bows at the ends with pretty string.
Craft lovely Christmas crackers with the kids! Instead of classic tissue paper, you can use up the last scraps of wrapping paper. Fill your Christmas crackers with treats and use them to decorate the tree, or use them to wrap up little gifts for Christmas Eve.
