Cover two empty toilet paper rolls with red hobby card.
Cut out four strips of white hobby card, about 2 cm wide, and cut with pattern scissors along one edge. Glue these to the toilet paper rolls to make cuffs.
Glue the rolls together.
Cut a piece of cotton ribbon and glue the ends to the outside of the binoculars.
Cut out a strip of black hobby card, 1.5 cm wide, and glue on as a belt around both rolls. Hide the ends of the cotton ribbon.
Cut out a buckle from yellow hobby card and glue it to the middle of the belt.
Watch out for Santa with Santa binoculars! Some people say that the first sign of Santa's arrival is a blinking star. With two toilet paper rolls, hobby card and ribbon, you can make your own binoculars. A hot glue gun is best for attaching the different components. This is a fun, easy Christmas craft to make with the kids!
