Get a good night's sleep with your own homemade sleep mask! Start by folding a piece of paper in half to make two templates. You can also find templates online if you're having trouble getting the right shape. Using your templates, cut out two identical fabric pieces. We have embroidered closed eyes on one of the fabric pieces. Place the fabric pieces right side facing right side. For a softer mask, use interlining. Then sew the fabric pieces together. Leave a small hole so that you can turn the mask right side out, and then sew up the hole. Finish by sewing a strap to the sides.
