Make your own prints for a sweatshirt that no one else has! Stamp patterns with screw heads, bottle caps, bubble wrap or other items you have at home. Pour fabric paint onto a palette pad. Roll paint onto a foam rubber roller and then roll it onto a piece of bubble wrap, for example. Now use this to print on the fabric. Try it on a test piece first. Roll on more paint before each print. Then roll a little paint here and there on the sweatshirt, but remember to keep the layer of paint fairly thin so that any patterns show through. Also be sure the roller is well-covered with paint. Tip: If you are printing on thin fabric, then place something inside the garment for protection to prevent the paint from seeping through to the back.
