Build the little cupboard with sticks and windows from our miniature kit. Cut the sticks and glue together each side of the cupboard. Sand the corners so that they are rounded. Paint all of the pieces and then glue them together. The doors are made out of windows from which we cut off one crossbar. For a slightly worn feel, you can sand the edges with sandpaper. The trays are made out of silver-painted plates from the miniature kit.
Make the baked goods out of Fimo clay. To achieve beautiful, striking colour variations, use soft pastels. Scrape a bit of the soft pastel with a craft knife to form a light powder. Then brush the powder onto the clay. Harden your finished components in the oven according to the instructions on the package.
Fold little paper bags out of natural paper in which to place your baked goods. If you like, you can write a little Christmas greeting or something else with a thin black pen.
To make the glaze on the ring cake, scrape some white soft pastel into a bit of Fimo Liquid and blend together. Drizzle over the cake with a toothpick and then harden the cake in the oven according to the instructions on the package.
The cosy blankets are easy to make by cutting out pieces of felt.
