Dig it! Crystals

Panduro Science Dig It! Crystals are a fun little adventure for future gemologists! The kit contains a block of stone (fairly porous) which has 5-6 different little coloured “gemstones” (about 2 cm long). Use the three different tools (13.5 cm long) to hack, cut and sand away the stone in search of the gems. The tools are made of plastic and are not hazardously sharp, so there is no danger to kids. Slowly but surely, the stone’s riches will emerge! Who knows, a life-long passion may start here! Protect the work surface, and work carefully. The kit also contains a magnifying glass, a small fabric bag for the gemstones and detailed descriptions of different gemstones and minerals in six languages (SE, DK, NO, UK, NL, DE). Ages 8+.
