    Make a bullet journal and write down everything that brings you joy and gratitude.

    Paint, spatter and write with beautiful watercolours and coloured pencils.

    Remember not to use too much paint and water when painting with watercolours, because the pages may warp.

    Decorate the pages with torn or cut-out pictures, tape and stickers that you like.

There is so much in life to be grateful for. But sometimes, we may need to remind ourselves of that. In a bullet journal, or a bujo, you can gather all of your thoughts and things that make you feel grateful. Write down a few words a day about what has made you happy or grateful and re-read them when you need it the most. A gratitude book is an excellent exercise in the popular trend of mindfulness. And you can take the chance to make something beautiful at the same time. For our bujo, we used a notebook from Rhodia, which comes in several different colours. Using watercolours and assorted pencils, you can create a beautiful, personalised book with all of your feelings of gratitude. And if you happen to make a mistake, just cover it up with a beautiful piece of tape or a nice picture. Let your imagination run wild!
