Cut out a large enough piece of coloured paper to wrap around a toilet paper roll.
Glue the piece of paper around the roll.
Cut out wings, a mouth, hair and more, and glue them on.
Finally, attach the wiggly eyes.
A fun Halloween craft for kids! Upcycle old toilet paper rolls and turn them into silly Halloween characters with colourful paper and wiggly eyes. You can keep the paper in place with a paperclip until the glue is dry, or staple it around the roll. We made a bat, a pumpkin and an adorable monster. But you can make other creatures to fit your Halloween party - how about a ghost or witch? For the monster, we cut out circles and glued the eyes to them, to make them more prominent.
