Gel food colouring/paste food colouring, for dyeing food. Heavy and viscous consistency, particularly suitable for sugarpaste and macaron batter. Not suitable for chocolate. METHOD: dip a toothpick in gel food colouring, then stick it into the mixture/batter and dye. To brush gel food colouring onto a cake, for example, dilute it with a few drops of clear alcohol first.
