Pastelmat pad 18x24 cm no. 2

Pastelmat, from exclusive Clairefontaine is a series of versatile drawing pads intended primarily for pastels, but they also work well with acrylic and watercolour paints. The pad is 18x24 cm and has 12 sheets with a robust weight of 360 gsm. The weight permits them to withstand wet mediums well without buckling, but oil paint is not recommended. The sheets have a heavy grain and absorb colour well without too much dust. No fixative is necessary with this paper quality. A thin, glossy mid-sheet (not for drawing on) is between each sheet of paper to protect your creations from smearing or sticking. The glue is at the top edge and the sheets are acid-free, pH-neutral and archival. Pad no. 2 has 12 sheets in 4 different colours: White, sienna, brown and anthracite
